Billing and cancellation

Last updated October 14, 2026. These terms cover 3 Pack Pros, Knock Knock and FieldCue bought from Lead Finder Media. Payments are processed by Stripe.

3 Pack Pros: billing

At checkout you pay your first month at your plan's monthly rate ($850, or $750 on Friends of Louie), plus a one-time $250 setup fee on the Monthly plan. After that you are billed your monthly rate on the 1st of each month, starting the next 1st. If you sign up in the last 10 days of a month, billing starts on the 1st of the month after. Checkout shows the date before you pay.

3 Pack Pros Monthly, Friends and Friends of Louie: cancelling

Cancel with 30 days' written notice by replying to any email from us or writing to us. Service ends on the first 1st at least 30 days after your notice, and that last month is billed as normal. Nothing is billed after that.

3 Pack Pros Annual: 12-month agreement

The Annual plan has no setup fee and is a 12-month agreement billed monthly: your first payment at checkout plus 11 payments on the 1st. It renews automatically for another 12 months unless you cancel at least 30 days before the renewal date. Notice given later takes effect at the end of the following 12-month term. Ending the agreement early does not reduce the payments left in the term.

Knock Knock and FieldCue

Billed monthly from the date you sign up. Cancel any time; service runs to the end of the month you have paid for.

Failed payments

If a payment fails you have 5 days to update your card using the secure Stripe link we send. If the payment still has not gone through after 5 days, service ends and the unpaid invoice is cancelled.

Your part (3 Pack Pros)

Add our managers to your Google Business Profile, do not edit the profile during the first 2 weeks while we clean up your name, address and phone across the web, and provide 20-30 photos when asked. We do not guarantee rankings or any particular result.

Refunds and liability

Fees already paid are not refunded. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last three months. Prices may change for future periods with 30 days' notice.
