Frequently asked questions
When am I billed for 3 Pack Pros?
You pay your first month at checkout (plus the $250 setup fee on the monthly plan). After that you're billed $850 on the 1st of each month, starting the next 1st (or the 1st after that if you sign up in the last 10 days of the month). Checkout shows the exact date before you pay.
What's the difference between monthly and annual?
Same service, same $850 a month. Monthly has a one-time $250 setup fee and no term. Annual has no setup fee and is a 12-month agreement, billed monthly.
How do I cancel?
Monthly: give us 30 days' notice. Service ends on the first 1st at least 30 days after your notice, and you pay for that last month. Annual: it renews for another 12 months unless you cancel at least 30 days before the renewal date. Knock Knock and FieldCue run to the end of the month you've paid for.
What if my card fails?
You get 5 days to update it. Stripe emails you a secure link. If the payment still hasn't gone through after 5 days, service ends.
What do I need to do after I sign up for 3 Pack Pros?
Add our two managers to your Google Business Profile, leave the profile alone for 2 weeks while we clean up your NAP, and get 20-30 photos ready. Your onboarding email walks you through it. The single biggest thing you can do for your ranking is reviews: aim for 6 or more a month.
