Card Pills
Small outlined pills on your GHL Opportunities board show what a client still has to do: pay, sign, send vaccine records, or anything else you track with a tag or a custom field. Pick up to 6 pills, name them, color them and point each at a tag or field. Your team sees who is ready and who is waiting without opening a single card.
- —Up to 6 pills with your own text and colors; each shows when a tag is missing or present, or a custom field is empty, filled or equals a value
- —Works with anything GHL can put on a contact: a tag a workflow adds when an invoice is paid or a document is signed, or a field your forms fill in
- —Outlined style, so the pills read apart from filled alert pills such as Dog Alerts
- —Connect each sub-account once with your own read-only token; pick tags and fields from lists instead of typing ids
- —Edit pills in your dashboard; GHL picks them up on the next load
- —Read-only: it never edits a contact, an opportunity or a message

[HOW IT WORKS]
Live in 10 minutes
- 1. Buy. Stripe checkout drops you straight into your dashboard with your account key.
- 2. Paste the loader once. Copy your install code from the dashboard into GHL Custom JS (agency view), or send the note to your agency.
- 3. Connect and set your pills. Dashboard → Card Pills. Paste a read-only GHL token for each sub-account, then give each pill a name, a color and a rule (for example: contact does not have the tag paid).
- 4. Open your pipeline. Hard refresh GHL and open Opportunities. Cards that still owe something show their pills within a couple of seconds.
[FAQ]
Do I need to be the GHL agency owner?
No. Agency admins paste the code into Custom JS. If an agency runs your GHL, your dashboard gives you a ready-made note to send them, or you can run it just on your own computer with the free Tampermonkey extension.
Does it read or change my GHL data?
It reads only; it never changes anything in GHL. It uses a read-only Private Integration token you create in your sub-account, stored encrypted on our server and never sent to a browser. For each contact on a card it reads that contact's tags and custom fields to decide which pills apply, and sends your browser only a list of pill numbers. Names, phones, emails, tags and field values are not stored or logged, and the only thing we keep is the encrypted token, which is deleted when you remove the sub-account.
How many sub-accounts?
Single-tool plans cover up to 10 sub-accounts. All-Access covers unlimited sub-accounts. Sub-accounts register themselves the first time GHL loads the tool.
What if I cancel?
Cancel any time from Billing in your dashboard. The tool keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, then switches itself off.
Is there support?
It's self-serve: the dashboard shows whether each sub-account has loaded the tool and why if not, and the install guide covers every setup we've seen.
