GHL Tools / Released October 2026
Creative Board
Your team uploads each ad (images, video link, headlines, copy, landing page) to a board. You or your client approve it, or reject it with a reason and a note. Rejected ads wait in a rebuild queue with what to change and what to keep, and the rebuild shows up next to the original. Approved ads sit in one queue you export to your ads manager.
- —Two codes: editors add and edit, reviewers (your client) approve, reject and comment
- —Reject needs a reason, so every rebuild says exactly what to change and what to keep
- —Your brand rules flag banned words in the copy before anyone approves it
- —Character counts per channel: Meta, Google, TikTok, or your own limits
- —Decide one at a time on your phone: swipe or tap Approve / Reject
- —Export approved ads to CSV; a Creative Board button opens it from GHL's top bar

[BUILD IT YOURSELF]
Free prompt, your own build
Register free and paste our prompt into any AI. It builds Creative Board for your own GoHighLevel account on hosting you run yourself. Estimated effort: 8 to 16 hours for a non-expert using an AI, spread over several sessions: about 2 to 4 hours to get the board working on your own computer, then 3 to 8 hours to create the hosting and database accounts, deploy, set up a domain, and fix what breaks. Add 1 to 2 hours a month for backups, updates and fixes..
Register free to get itWhat the free build leaves out, compared with the hosted version
- ·Hosted version: we run the servers, database and domain, and update it for you; you run all of it yourself
- ·Settings page: boards, channels, reject reasons, keep options and codes are created with a command line script and a settings file, not a form with validation and error messages
- ·Multi-sub-account seats and plan limits: you manage your own list of boards by hand
- ·Account pause, plan and on/off switches: there is one switch, stopping the app
You also run the stack: A host that runs a Node.js web app (Node 20 or newer), A PostgreSQL database, A domain name or subdomain with HTTPS, Secrets and settings kept in the host's environment variables.
The full list is in the prompt itself. The paid plan above is the same tool, hosted and kept current by us.
[HOW IT WORKS]
Live in 10 minutes
- 1. Buy. Stripe checkout drops you straight into your dashboard with your account key.
- 2. Make a board. Dashboard → Creative Board → Edit settings. Enter the sub-account ID, name the board, pick your channels and reject reasons, and set an editor code (plus a reviewer code if a client approves).
- 3. Share the link. Send the board link and the right code to your team and your client. Add the GHL button (optional) by pasting the loader once into GHL Custom JS.
- 4. Upload, decide, ship. Editors upload creatives, reviewers approve or reject with a reason, rebuilds land next to the original, and approved ads export to CSV.
[FAQ]
Do I need to be the GHL agency owner?
No. Agency admins paste the code into Custom JS. If an agency runs your GHL, your dashboard gives you a ready-made note to send them, or you can run it just on your own computer with the free Tampermonkey extension.
Does it read or change my GHL data?
No. It needs no GHL token and never reads or writes anything in your GHL. The optional button only reads the page address (to know the sub-account). Images you upload are shrunk in the browser and stored on our server for that board only, behind the board's sign-in; removing the board deletes them. Codes are stored hashed.
How many sub-accounts?
Single-tool plans cover up to 10 sub-accounts. All-Access covers unlimited sub-accounts. Sub-accounts register themselves the first time GHL loads the tool.
What if I cancel?
Cancel any time from Billing in your dashboard. The tool keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, then switches itself off.
Is there support?
It's self-serve: the dashboard shows whether each sub-account has loaded the tool and why if not, and the install guide covers every setup we've seen.
