GHL Tools / Released October 2026
Nag Guard
The moment a lead books on one of your calendars, Nag Guard takes them out of the follow-up workflows you pick: the nag texts, the drips, the "still interested?" sequences. No more chasing someone who already said yes. Works on bookings made any way: online, by your setters, or by an AI agent, and catches leads already mid-sequence on day one.
- —Pick your booking calendars and the follow-up workflows to stop; nothing else is touched
- —Checks every 5 minutes; upcoming bookings are rechecked every few hours in case a lead re-enters
- —First run sweeps every upcoming booking already on your calendar
- —Optional: add your own tag (like "appt scheduled") so your existing workflow checks work too
- —Check now shows how many booked leads it would cover before you turn it on
- —Never sends a message; cancelled and no-show bookings are ignored

[HOW IT WORKS]
Live in 10 minutes
- 1. Buy. Stripe checkout drops you straight into your dashboard with your account key.
- 2. Connect your sub-account. Paste a GHL Private Integration token, tick your booking calendars, then tick the follow-up workflows a booked lead should leave.
- 3. Check, then turn it on. Check now shows how many booked leads it covers. Tick Guard on and save; it runs every 5 minutes from then on.
- 4. Done. Nothing to paste into GHL. The last run and the last contacts it cleared show on the settings page.
[FAQ]
Do I need to be the GHL agency owner?
No. Agency admins paste the code into Custom JS. If an agency runs your GHL, your dashboard gives you a ready-made note to send them, or you can run it just on your own computer with the free Tampermonkey extension.
Does it read or change my GHL data?
It uses a Private Integration token you create in your sub-account, stored encrypted on our server and never sent to a browser. It reads your calendars, the bookings on the calendars you pick (contact ID, time and status only) and your workflow names. While the guard is on it does exactly two things: takes contacts with an upcoming booking out of the workflows you picked, and adds your tag if you set one. It never sends a message, never reads names, phones or emails, and never touches other workflows.
How many sub-accounts?
Single-tool plans cover up to 10 sub-accounts. All-Access covers unlimited sub-accounts. Sub-accounts register themselves the first time GHL loads the tool.
What if I cancel?
Cancel any time from Billing in your dashboard. The tool keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, then switches itself off.
Is there support?
It's self-serve: the dashboard shows whether each sub-account has loaded the tool and why if not, and the install guide covers every setup we've seen.
