Report Cards
Every pet booked on your daycare calendar gets a report card for the day. Staff fill it in on their phone (how the day went, energy, activities, a highlight, photos, homework), mark it ready, and owners get one text with a link to a branded card. Anything ready but not sent goes out automatically at the time you pick.

[HOW IT WORKS]
Live in 10 minutes
- 1. Buy. Stripe checkout drops you straight into your dashboard with your account key.
- 2. Connect your sub-account. Paste a GHL Private Integration token, tick your daycare calendars, add your logo, colors, activities and a staff code.
- 3. Add the GHL button (optional). Paste the loader once into GHL Custom JS and a Report Cards button appears in the top bar. Staff can also bookmark the staff page on their phone.
- 4. Fill in, then turn texting on. Staff fill in today's cards and preview them. When you're happy, switch texting on: Send now, or Ready cards go out at your time.
[FAQ]
Do I need to be the GHL agency owner?
No. Agency admins paste the code into Custom JS. If an agency runs your GHL, your dashboard gives you a ready-made note to send them, or you can run it just on your own computer with the free Tampermonkey extension.
Does it read or change my GHL data?
It uses a Private Integration token you create in your sub-account, stored encrypted on our server and never sent to a browser. It reads the calendars you pick and those owners' name, phone, DND setting and pet-name field. Photos staff add are saved to the owner's contact in your GHL, in the File Upload field you pick. Texts go out only when you turn texting on: one per owner per visit day, plus (if you leave it ticked) a note on the contact. Owner links carry no names or contact details.
How many sub-accounts?
Single-tool plans cover up to 10 sub-accounts. All-Access covers unlimited sub-accounts. Sub-accounts register themselves the first time GHL loads the tool.
What if I cancel?
Cancel any time from Billing in your dashboard. The tool keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, then switches itself off.
Is there support?
It's self-serve: the dashboard shows whether each sub-account has loaded the tool and why if not, and the install guide covers every setup we've seen.
