Review Printer
When a new 5-star review lands, Review Printer turns it into a one-page landscape PDF: framed, centered, with the text sized to fit and at least a 1 inch margin on every side. It emails the page straight to your printer, sends it to your inbox as a document, and keeps a copy you can download any time. Print it, frame it, hang it up.

[HOW IT WORKS]
Live in 10 minutes
- 1. Buy. Stripe checkout drops you straight into your dashboard with your account key.
- 2. Pick where reviews go. Enter your printer's email address, your own email, or just keep saved copies. Choose paper, frame color and margin.
- 3. Send a test page. One click sends a sample review to your printer or inbox so you can see exactly what will come out.
- 4. Connect GHL. Copy your private link into a GHL workflow (New Review Received, rating 5, then a Webhook). Switch printing on and save.
[FAQ]
Do I need to be the GHL agency owner?
No. Agency admins paste the code into Custom JS. If an agency runs your GHL, your dashboard gives you a ready-made note to send them, or you can run it just on your own computer with the free Tampermonkey extension.
Does it read or change my GHL data?
No. It never connects to your GHL and needs no API key. GHL's workflow sends us the review (star rating, text and reviewer name) through a private link only you have, we build the PDF and email it where you chose. If you keep copies, the PDF, the reviewer's name and a short excerpt are saved on your account so you can download them; turn that off and nothing about the review is stored. Review text is never written to our logs.
How many sub-accounts?
Single-tool plans cover up to 10 sub-accounts. All-Access covers unlimited sub-accounts. Sub-accounts register themselves the first time GHL loads the tool.
What if I cancel?
Cancel any time from Billing in your dashboard. The tool keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, then switches itself off.
Is there support?
It's self-serve: the dashboard shows whether each sub-account has loaded the tool and why if not, and the install guide covers every setup we've seen.
