GHL Tools terms and privacy

Last updated October 21, 2026. These terms cover Lead Finder Media GHL Tools subscriptions (single tools and All-Access) and free membership with the build-it-yourself prompts.

Subscriptions and billing

Plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time from Manage billing in your dashboard; access continues until the end of the period already paid. Fees already paid are not refunded. Prices may change for future periods with notice on this site.

Licence and fair use

Your plan lets your business use the tools in the GoHighLevel sub-accounts covered by your plan (single tools: up to 10; All-Access: unlimited sub-accounts you or your clients operate). Don't resell, redistribute or publish the tools or your install code. We may pause a key that is shared beyond your plan, and you can issue yourself a new one from the dashboard.

Free membership and build-it-yourself prompts

Registering with an email gives you free access to the build-it-yourself prompts: written specifications you paste into an AI tool to build your own version of a tool for your own GoHighLevel accounts and for sub-accounts you manage for clients. Don't resell, redistribute or publish the prompts or anything built to resell them. The prompts are provided as-is with no support, and what you build is yours to run and maintain: we don't guarantee it works with current GoHighLevel, and we're not liable for what an AI produces or for hosting or API costs you incur. Each prompt states what the build leaves out compared with the hosted tool. We email you a sign-in link when you register, and may send occasional product notes from LeadFinder Media; marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. We collect the name and email you give us and treat them as described below.

Self-serve service

The tools are provided as-is through your dashboard and the install guide. We aim to keep them working as GoHighLevel changes, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted operation and aren't liable for indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last three months. Lead Finder Media is not affiliated with HighLevel.

What we collect

From the tools in your GHL: your install key, the GHL sub-account ID, and the time of each page load, used to check your plan and show the install status in your dashboard. The tools never send appointment titles, contact details, messages or anything else from your GHL. From checkout: the name, email and billing details you give Stripe. Card details stay with Stripe.

Your browser stores a copy of your tools for up to 7 days so they keep working if our server is briefly unreachable. Signing in uses a cookie that only identifies your session.

We don't sell your data. Account records are kept while your plan runs and as long as tax and payment record rules require.
