GHL Tools / Released October 2026
Vet Records
Clients pick their vet from a Google Maps search right above your GHL intake form, and the vet's name and phone drop into the form. When a dog reaches your graduated stage, a training record is drafted for its vet: skills, program, trainer, notes for the vet team. Staff check it, tick the owner's OK and send it from your own GHL email in one click.
- —"Who's your vet?" Google Maps search above your GHL form, vets near you only
- —Fills the vet's name and phone into your form; never reloads a form the client started
- —A draft record for every opportunity in your graduated stage, with your skills list
- —Each clinic's email saved once; "Find on their website" suggests it
- —Sent from your GHL as an email to the clinic, only with the owner's OK and Emailing on
- —Never messages your clients; one click per record, never sent twice

[BUILD IT YOURSELF]
Free prompt, your own build
Register free and paste our prompt into any AI. It builds Vet Records for your own GoHighLevel account on hosting you run yourself. Estimated effort: 10 to 20 hours for a non-expert using an AI, spread over a few days: account setup, building, deploying, and testing against your own GHL and Google accounts. Longer if you have never deployed a web app..
Register free to get itWhat the free build leaves out, compared with the hosted version
- ·No hosted service: you run, pay for, secure and monitor the server and database yourself
- ·No automatic updates: when GHL or Google change an endpoint or field, you or your AI must find and fix it
- ·No multi-sub-account support: one GHL sub-account per deployment, and no seat or plan management
- ·No settings page: settings live in a config file and environment variables, so every change is an edit and a redeploy
You also run the stack: App host (Vercel, Netlify, Render, Fly or a VPS), Postgres database (Neon, Supabase or your own), Domain or subdomain with HTTPS, Google Cloud project with billing and a Places API (New) key.
The full list is in the prompt itself. The paid plan above is the same tool, hosted and kept current by us.
[HOW IT WORKS]
Live in 10 minutes
- 1. Buy. Stripe checkout drops you straight into your dashboard with your account key.
- 2. Connect your sub-account. Paste a GHL Private Integration token, pick your graduated stage and contact fields, add your skills list and a staff code.
- 3. Add the vet finder. Copy one script tag from settings and paste it on your website page directly above your GHL form embed. Add your website's address to the allowed list.
- 4. Send records. Open the staff page (or the Vet Records button in GHL), check each graduate's record, save the clinic's email, then switch Emailing on and send.
[FAQ]
Do I need to be the GHL agency owner?
No. Agency admins paste the code into Custom JS. If an agency runs your GHL, your dashboard gives you a ready-made note to send them, or you can run it just on your own computer with the free Tampermonkey extension.
Does it read or change my GHL data?
It uses a Private Integration token you create in your sub-account, stored encrypted on our server and never sent to a browser. It reads your pipelines, the opportunities in the stage you pick, and those contacts' name and the fields you map (pet, breed, vet, vaccines). Only when you switch Emailing on and staff click Send does it write: the vet clinic is added as a contact (tag vet-clinic) and gets one email from your GHL, plus an optional note on the owner's contact. Your clients are never messaged. Vet searches go to Google from our server; nothing typed is stored.
How many sub-accounts?
Single-tool plans cover up to 10 sub-accounts. All-Access covers unlimited sub-accounts. Sub-accounts register themselves the first time GHL loads the tool.
What if I cancel?
Cancel any time from Billing in your dashboard. The tool keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, then switches itself off.
Is there support?
It's self-serve: the dashboard shows whether each sub-account has loaded the tool and why if not, and the install guide covers every setup we've seen.
